Prawito Tien – Commissioner
He is founder of several energy companies. Commenced his business in the energy industry in 1994, he is the owner and founder of a drilling company PT Plumpang Raya Anugrah, PT Permata Drilling International, fuel transport company PT Etam Kalimantan Raya, and a geothermal energy company PT Optima Nusantara Energy.

Khoiri S – President Director
He has more than thirty five years experiences in Oil, Gas and Geothermal industry. He was previously the Field Administrator, Sr. Technical Assistant at Kondur Petroleum SA. (Famously known as Lasmo Oil or Hudbay Oil), Commercial Manager at PT. Enggang Sayap Perkasa, Inventory Controller and Contract Management PT. ESP Mulia Indonesia - Wood Group ESP Inc, Area Manager PT. Siak Zamrud Pusaka, Operation Manager at PT. Saripari Pertiwi Abadi. He joined PT Plumpang Raya Anugrah in 2008 initially as an IPM Manager/Operation Manager, follow by his recent role as General Manager of Operations. He was appointed as President Director through Annual General Meeting of Shareholder in 2016.

Irene Tien – Chief Financial Officer
Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Finance and Marketing from Curtin Institute of Technology, Perth, Western Australia. Graduated in January 2000. Currently as the Finance Director of PT Plumpang Raya Anugrah, she oversees and leads in the finance sector of the company. She is also Director of a drilling company, PT Permata Drilling International, fuel transport company PT Etam Kalimantan Raya, a geothermal energy company PT Optima Nusantara Energy.

Faisal Siwi – General Manager of Finance and Accounting
He holds Bachelor of Accounting degree from Klabat University, Manado, and Master of Management concentrate in Finance from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta.He has more than 14 years experiences in the Oil, Gas and Geothermal Industry, 7 years experiences in Multi Finance Industry and 2 years experiences in Banking Industry. He was previously as Pro Manager Finance and Controller of PT. Bank Baja International, as Assistant Accounting Manager of PT. Tiga berlian Auto Finance, as Accounting Manager of PT. Sunprima Nusantara Pembiayaan, as Finance and Accounting Manager of PT. Arthabuana Margausaha Finance, as Senior Finance Manager of PT. Saripari Pertiwi Abadi. Faisal joined PT.Plumpang Raya Anugrah in 2012 as Manager of Finance and Accounting and appointed as General Manager of Finance and Accounting in 2017.

Ismail Uvendra – General Manager of Operations
He has a mechanical engineer background, more than thirty years experience in the Oil, Gas and Geothermal industry. Previously he was Inspector Engineer, K3 Expert, K3LL Manager, Sr. Development Business Manager. He joined PT Plumpang Raya Anugrah in 2023 as General Manager of Operations.
